Let’s come together on March 27th and 28th!

Last year, the coronavirus pandemic took us completely by surprise just before the Relais pour la Vie 2020. All events were cancelled, and we could only support cancer patients, survivors and research financially.

This year will be different, even though corona is still raging around us. Because what the pandemic has already taught us is this: we will persevere and find a way.

How will we find a way to actively support cancer patients, survivors, their families and cancer research this year, then? Well, we will walk, run, cycle in a location of our choice (a forest, local neighbourhood, at home, etc.) whenever we wish (within the limits of the event dates, of course!) and for however long we wish.

The European Parliament DG TRAD team under the command of Tina Grosel Davies from the SL unit is being formed at this very moment.
We will also collect money for Fondation Cancer. Several fundraising initiatives are being organised in our DG:

- a pre-recorded Zumba class in which you can take at any time until March 28th (just go to this page and select the class "Zumba pour la vie/caritatif);
- a Grand concours de nouvelles caritatif, organised by BE/FR colleagues;
- a yoga class in Park Merl
- a quiz organised by PT colleagues next week (more information will come soon by email).
